Technical support
LedStore’s specialists help with technical sizing, driver selection and overall lighting design. In partnership projects they can also join meetings with the electrical designer or architect.

What does indirect lighting require from a professional?
Understanding the structure before choosing luminaires. Indirect lighting is a building detail whose dimensions are fixed when the ceiling is designed, not a luminaire chosen at the end.
Can I get a quote for a project?
Yes. LedStore quotes contract projects free of charge, and lighting design starts from €199. Quantity take-off can be done from the construction drawings.
Is there a warranty on indirect lighting?
LedStore’s strips have a 3–5 year warranty depending on the model. The 5-year warranty on the SMD range is sized for public-space operating hours.
Who is responsible for sizing?
The designer is responsible for illuminance and the contractor for the installation. LedStore’s lighting design produces calculations that can be relied on.
